I'm fairly certain gifilte fish = carp = food of the gods.
Carp can be used in Gefilte (wiki told me that). It also told me that Pike can be used too. So, Schlomo, I am going to go fishing on my lake, catch a whole bunch of Pike, grind, mush and puree it up and send it to you.
Then you can have Gefilte year round!

Great post schlomo! You've really researched your market well... There is a very good demand amongst hightech 20 somethings and 30 somethings for Jewish related holiday videos. The music was your ace in the hole... or was that ace in the hand. I can never keep that straight. :)
