Hey, Let's Pack The Truck!

Here's a short video of my Burning Man camp packing the truck for...well..for Burning Man. I doubt I'll shoot much video out there as I've broken four still cameras in the past, but you never know. Maybe I'll be able to find someone else's to break this time.

Anders Sets A Goal

(Quicktime movie quote using Mefeedia. Original movie can be found at the random show.)... As for me, I'm just playing around with Peter's Mefeedia Quoting Thing.

Beware: Meta-Vlog Post

Unless you are a videoblogging geek, you will probably not get too much out of my rant. Or maybe you will, who knows what passes for entertaining content these days...

This video is waaaay too long, so I compressed the be-jeesus out of it.  This one is not about the pretty picture anyway.  If I strike a cord with you after watching it, please feel free to comment and call me on my B.S.

Hey, Let's Go To Harris Ranch!

Nestled between San Francisco and Los Angeles, right next to Interstate I-5, is the (in)famous Harris Ranch. Here is a little video about the experience-- including trying out some new foods I never had before. Who knew I would like Mountain Oysters?

This video is hosted on blip.tv, just so you know.

More Mefeedia Fun!

Ok, Peter the Automagician at MeFeedia continues to create great toys for videobloggers. For instance, look at his new thumbnail-generator thingy:

Automagically generated by Mefeedia!

These are the last four videos I have made. If you go here, you will see an archive of ALL of my videos. (Well, not quite all. For some reason it is not generating all the thumbnails for my videos, but Peter is already trying to fix it.) You should go try it out for yourself, young video-type-person!

(An aside: I put a link to my archive on the sidebar since it JUST. MAKES. SENSE.)

Hey, I'm on NPR!

If you ever thought to yourself, "Self, what would Schlomo sound like in a podcast?" Well, now you can find out by listening to me on the NPR site. They interviewed me as well as actual popular videobloggers about...wait for it...videoblogs. And Mom. Next week is her birthday, and she's gonna get a kick out of this, I assume.

The story is in Windows Media and RealPlayer (what?people still use RealPlayer?), so check it out and let me know what you think. I think it came out as a great introduction to the medium.

Rant For No Reason

I spoke at the San Francisco Art Academy in conjuction with these fine folks.
I was very jaded that day for some reason..Felt empowered by the people I was speaking with, but kinda bummed about some other stuff.. The videoblogosphere is just a- jumpin' out of their seats at all that Hott Cash that will come pouring down the mountain. Just buckets of it, oozing up through their iSight cameras like Texas Tea. I'm gonna buy that sports car right now!!

At least the students still want to make art.

(Y'know, this is also at blip.tv.)
