Esmerelda Strange

In accordance with Richard BF's Instant Vlog rules (I guess he's on a Dogma 05 kick), I've made a little piece about Esmerelda Strange. She played at my bar the other week and really knows how to put on a show. The crappy image quality comes from using the Nightvision mode on my camera...sometimes I like it sometimes I don't. Makes pretty raunchy porn though. Ask the girlfriend.

In terms of Richard's rules though, I don't understand the hoopla; I think about half my videos fall under his rules. Or damn close to them. I have some vids that took a little time that I'm finishing up now, but maybe I'll put them on the backburner and play around with some styles that fall under his obstructions.

Queen For Nine Seconds

That's right folks: Nine seconds of a test of me playing with Corel Draw over Quicktime videos. Just to warn you: I think it will become an obsession.
This is the end of my third month videoblogging-- so in videoblogging terms, I'm 83.

Rambling Towards Coffee

This is one of those metatalks about the medium. Sorta. More like an early morning babble about videoblogs. (Please don't roll your eyes at me.)

A Piece About A Bridge

Here is a short piece about the Bay Bridge as I keep on keepin' on in the work department. Things are going great; just busy...and Lord knows there's nothing wrong with that.

Hey, It's The Devilettes!

Life has been a little bit of a pain in the butt and God knows I'm not in the mood to mope in front of the camera. So instead, here's a little clip from when I saw San Francisco's very own The Devilettes at 330 Ritch the other week. Nothing more to say than that, but enjoy.

Vlogging Discussion...kinda

Here's the short of it: Raymond, one of the best vloggers out there has spurned some heated debate over on the Videoblogging Group, said "Im outta here", and asked this early this morning.

I tried to answer it in a typical Raymond way. I got up early and filmed myself walking down the street. For some reason my footage is corrupted, so you are stuck with me in front of the iSight-- which didn't even work out that well.

As an aside: Becasue of Monsignor Signalstation, my pics are links to the files. He asked he gets. Long live KIRF.

Hey, Let's Go Port Tasting!

A friend invited me to a vintage Port tasting at the Sheraton Palace the other day and here is a little video capturing the experience. In the end, I don't think I'm going to be drinking much more of it, but it was an eye-opening experience nonetheless.

I'm sticking to Whiskey.

Follow That Finger

Late night at some Pho restaurant in Oakland, playing with the fish. As videoblogging goes, this entry wont change your life, but if you used my RSS feed, plugged it into FireANT, you would then start watching a collection of other fine videos back-to-back. At least that's how I like to watch these things: all strung together. Some are slice-of-life, some are little documentaries, some are crafted stories. That is part what this whole vlogging thing is about for me.

Well, that and the chicks. The hott mad action isn't a bad perk either.

Hey Kids, help WebZine help YOU!

When I say "kids" I mean YOU.

Come be a part of WebZine 2005. Really. You have no choice. This video does not do it justice, as I was sitting around people who are passionate about creating content that engages the audience. I did more listening than talking so I wasn't shooting a lot of footage.

In the end, come help teach a vlogging workshop and hang out. You know how to do it so it shouldn't be a problem--right? Let me know.
